1. Bachelor Degree in Marine Engineering Technology

Admission Requirements;

  • A Holder of Advanced Certificate of Secondary Education Examinations with two principal passes with a total of 4.0 points from Advanced Mathematics, Physics and Chemistry subjects.
  • Full Technician Certificate (FTC) or Ordinary Diploma in: Mechanical, Automobile Engineering, Electrical Engineering, Electronics Engineering or Mechanical Engineering with at least a GPA of 3.0 with an average of “B’’ or a minimum GPA of 3.0.
  • Ordinary Diploma in Marine Engineering with an average of “B’’ or a minimum GPA of 3.0.

Duration of the Course:
The duration of the course is four (4) academic years. 

 

2. Bachelor Degree in Naval Architecture and Offshore Engineering

Admission Requirements;

  • A Holder of Advanced Certificate of Secondary Education Examination with two principal passes with a total of 4.0 points in the following subjects; Physics, Advanced Mathematics Geography or Chemistry.
  • Ordinary Diploma in either Marine Engineering, Mechanical Engineering, Automobile Engineering, Civil engineering, Shipbuilding, Oil and Gas (Petroleum) Engineering, Mechanical and Marine Engineering, Electrical Engineering or Electronics Engineering from a recognized institution with an average of “B’’ or a minimum GPA of 3.0.
  • Diploma in Naval Architecture and offshore Engineering with an average of “B’’ or a minimum GPA of 3.0.

Duration of the Course:
The duration of the course is four (4) academic year.

 

3. Bachelor Degree in Mechanical and Marine Engineering

Admission Requirements;

  • A Holder of Advanced Certificate of Secondary Education Examination with two principal passes at a minimum of ‘D’ grade in the following subjects: Advanced Mathematics, Physics, or Chemistry.
  • Ordinary Diploma in Marine Engineering, Mechanical Engineering, Automobile Engineering, Electrical Engineering or Electronics Engineering with an Average of “B’’ or a minimum GPA of 3.0 or Ordinary Diploma in Marine and Mechanical Engineering with an average of “B’’ or a minimum GPA of 3.0.

Duration of the Course:
The duration of the course is four (4) academic years.

 

4. Bachelor Degree in Oil and Gas Engineering

Admission Requirements;

  • A Holder of Advanced Certificate of Secondary Education Examination with two principal passes at a minimum of ‘D’ grade in the following subjects:  Advanced Mathematics, Physics, Geography and Chemistry.
  • Ordinary Diploma in either Oil and Gas Engineering Technology, Naval Architecture and Offshore Engineering, Mechanical and Marine Engineering, Mining Engineering, Electrical Engineering and Civil Engineering with an average of “B’’ or a minimum GPA of 3.0. or Ordinary Diploma in Oil and Gas Engineering with an average of “B’’ or a minimum GPA of 3.0.

Duration of the Course:
The duration of the course is four (4) academic years.

 

5. Bachelor Degree in Mechatronics Engineering

Admission Requirements;

  • A Holder of Advanced Certificate of Secondary Education Examination with two principal passes at a minimum of ‘D’ grade in the following subjects: Advanced Mathematics, Physics, or Chemistry.
  • A Holder of an Ordinary Diploma in Marine Engineering, Mechanical Engineering, Mechatronics Engineering, Automobile Engineering, Electrical Engineering or Electronics Engineering with an average of “B’’ or a minimum GPA of 3.0.

Duration of the Course:
The duration of the course is four (4) academic years.

 

6. Bachelor Degree in Maritime Transport and Nautical Science

Admission Requirements;

  • A Holder of Advanced Certificate of Secondary Education Examinations with two principal passes in the following subjects Advanced Mathematics, Physics, Chemistry, Biology or Geography with an aggregate of 4.0 points or Foundation Programme of the OUT with a minimum GPA of 3.0.; or Foundation Programme of the OUT with minimum GPA of 3.0.
  • Full Technician Certificate (FTC) or Diploma in Master Fisherman, Fisheries and Technology with an average of “B’’ or a minimum GPA of 3.0 from a recognized Institution.
  • Ordinary Diploma in Maritime Transportation or Maritime Transport and Nautical Science minimum with an average of “B’’ or a minimum GPA of 3.0.

Duration of the Course:
The duration of the course is four (4) academic years.

 

7. Bachelor Degree in Transport and Supply Chain Management.

Admission Requirements;

  • A Holder of Advanced Certificate of Secondary Education Examination (ACSEE) with total of four points from two principal passes for science and commerce subjects.
  • A Holder of Full Technician Certificate (FTC) with an average grade of B.
  • A Holder of Ordinary Diploma (NTA Level 6) in Transport and Supply Chain Management with at least a GPA of 3.0.
  • A Holder of Diploma related to Transport and Supply Chain Management.

Duration of the Course:
The duration of the course is three (3) academic years.

 

8. Bachelor Degree in Shipping and Logistics Management

Admission Requirements;

  • A Holder of Advanced Certificate of Secondary Education Examination (ACSEE) with total of four points from two principal passes in the following subjects: Advanced Mathematics, Physics, Chemistry, Biology, Accountancy, Geography, Economics or Commerce, History, English/Literature.
  • A Holder of Full Technician Certificate (FTC) with an average grade of B.
  • A Holder of Ordinary Diploma (NTA Level 6) in Shipping and Logistics Management, Logistics and Transport, Maritime Transport, Fisheries Science and Technology, Master Fisherman, Marine Engineering, Procurement and Logistics, Freight Clearing and Forwarding, Shipping and Port Management, Transport Management, Project Planning and Management, Customs and Taxi Management, Information Technology/Computer science with at least a GPA of 3.0.
  • A Holder of Diploma in Education with an average grade of B+ for Science and Commerce subjects;

 9. Bachelor Degree in Procurements, Logistics and Supply Chain Management

Admission Requirements;

  • A Holder of Advanced Certificate of Secondary Education Examination (ACSEE) with total of four points from two principal passes for science and commerce subjects.
  • A Holder of Full Technician Certificate (FTC) with an average grade of B.
  • A Holder of Ordinary Diploma (NTA Level 6) in Procurement, Logistics and Supply Chain Management or Shipping and Logistics Management or Logistics and Transport Management or Maritime Transport and Nautical Science or Marine Engineering or Master Fisherman or Freight Clearing and Forwarding or port management and shipping or information technology/computer science or project planning and management or Customs and Tax Management with an average of “B’’ or a minimum GPA of 3.0.
  • A Holder of Diploma in education with an average grade of B+ for science and commerce subjects.
