We offer wide-ranging support via a number of facilities including an our Help Desk service.Our philosophy is to do more than simply support you; we want to empower you to help yourself and show you the best ways of handling problems and requests as they arise. We are more than just a help desk and we are willing to take on any challenge you bring to us that our infrastructure will allow us to investigate.

How to get support

ICT Unit uses Help Desk Support  to manage all ICT service requests at DMI. Staff members can use Help Desk Support to report your problem , place orders and manage their ICT requests.
