On behalf of the Management and the entire Dar Es Salaam Maritime Institute Community, I would like to take this opportunity to thank you all for the support you have been extending to DMI and its predecessor, the Dar es Salaam Maritime Training Unit (DMTU).The support you have accorded to the Institute over the years and in different forms, has made this institution to remain a major player in the Maritime sector in this country and beyond. We value all your contributions, in the form of ideas, financial, material or otherwise and we are very proud of you all..

The Dar es Salaam Maritime Institute (DMI),is establishing its Alumni all over the world so as to improve the contact between the Institute and the Marine industry through alumni database. The Institute values the alumni database as it creates cohesion that has the following advantages among others: Sharing information on scholarship opportunities and participating in scholarly discussions, mentorship workshops on education and employment matters. DMI is hereby inviting all her alumni to share their contact information and promises that the data provided will be kept confidential and used by DMI only for tracing graduates and alumni activities.
